    lodgings.... me and I Scot ID will be kipping somewhere.. we hjave a few mates in london. If there's a party in the Travellodge maybe we'll just not sleep.

    My kilt is my drinking kilt - extremely tatty. To wear it travelling it would require...

    1. Leaving my house.... getting some breakfast in the little egyptian shop I live above - they already think I'm crazy.
    2. Standing at atram stop...
    3. Travelling by tram to central station...
    4. Standing around at central station.
    5. getting a train to schiphol
    6. CHecking in at Schiphol
    7. SECURITY at schiphol
    8. Departure lounge at schiphol
    9. Plane...
    10. Baggage collection at Gatwick
    11. Train to London
    12. Tube to place of residance(to be decided)
    13. Tube to "The George"

    Now during all of those 13 points I'm gonna have to try to do three things:

    1. Avoid being raped by some HRT'd up granny
    2. The inevitable nappy rash caused by sweaty arse cheeks on scottish sheep wool
    3. Stay sober - this the hardest... the chances of me getting to point 13 without falling into a alcohol fuelled mess is unlikely....

    Well i just checked the website and there are still rooms available at the Farringdon....but it's £66 for a double room like dunkman1974 said. It's an option if i can get the money!

    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

    We're open to suggestions..... I want somethign subtle and easy so thata s soon as I start travelling that day, I can start looking out for it... red white and blue wristbands would eb good, but they aren;t that easy to get.....

    any ideas?

    this might be the crappest idea ever but what if everyone prints out their fav PJ pic that they can find online and just pin it to their jacket or something?

    i'm wearing my own of those... although i;ll recognise you and fraser from the blog... as well as Laura and Stephan... Shahril ..... there are a few faces on the blog that once wee meet up then non-facey people will know thats the group/fans/collective smilers
    oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.
