    I've got tickets in my cart so many times the whole super 8 crew could go, however it won't let me checkout damn it.

    If any super 8'ers will have an extra 10c wristband for sale I'd be interested. I'm trying for the ADA seats so I wouldn't be taking up your lawn space, but the bathrooms could be nice for a 12 hour day x 2.

    I found a company with a bus that will hold 40/50 people. It would be about $20 a person roundtrip. Is that a good price for everyone. I'm just reverifying for I will have to pay the whole thing up front and multiply $20 by 40 ro 50 people and that's about what I would pay and get reimbursed at the show. Pick up at hotel around 11 or noon and return after the show. Any other thoughts.

    that's a good deal. not sure if we'll be driving to the venue or not, but i'll let you know asap. so $20 a person per day, right? thanks for looking into this.

    Until you get a FULL commitment, make sure your covered & ask for at least $25 first. Since you are paying up front. This way if you come up short of a few people ( a few may back out ) you don't have to ask for more $ later. You have to tip the driver for a hard days work :lol: . Any extra money should go for extra ice, beer, water & alcohol ! You could give back the $5 but you'll be short on ice, & who wants warm beers :o .

    The $20 bucks is doing this slightly. I will find out about the ice chests and all that tomorrow when I call the company. Another company will do that but they want $35 a person +gratuity. I'll see where I can get these $20 people for now.

    I think the van is such a great idea. If the van ends up happening I was wondering if people were interested in splitting the cost of a rental car to travel to/from milwuakee airport on Friday/Monday?

    Why pay that extra $ to the bus company when you can get these things yourself (as a group) ? Remember when fronting money there's ALWAYS people that will back out (hung over & wants to leave a bit later comes to mind ). If you ask for a few dollars extra first, your covered without looking to collect more $ from them later. Which may make more people want to back out :? . $5 more is a lot cheaper than a $10,000.00 DUI experience :oops: .Plus I LOVE my beer COLD all day long 8-) .
