    Most definately agree! Usually within 10 mins of having a caffeinated coffee I'm on the toilet.

    Why do people have competitions to hold their breath under water.

    Why can't I hold my breath for very long.

    Is there an exercise to help you hold your breath for a while.

    Do I need to be able to hold my breath for any length of time.

    I knew somebody that worked as an EMT
    the company he worked for actually had shirts made up that said: DNR EMT

    I don't want him coming to save me.....
