    my old bookie is out of the biz. so i will be placing my first bet with a new guy who i have talked to a total of 45 seconds on the phone tomorrow night. not a comfortable feeling. i was with the other guy for like 7 years and knew him personally.

    he uses crsportsbetting.com. I don't like it at all. way too easy for me to put bets in. and there's way too much to bet on (like second half lines and shit). gonna take some effort to stay disciplined this season.

    I know what you mean regarding using a new guy. That is uncomfortable. I know my dude too...played baseball with him in high school

    the sunday night thing is horrendous. doesn't make any sense. apparently this guy got wiped out during baseball season, so he had to take on a partner. pretty sure he's dealing with connected guys now and that's how they run the show.

    ....the fix was in :mrgreen:

    i ended up teasing the saints.....but let my buddy talk me into the over. had it a +2.5 and 42 (7 pt teaser for same juice as my old bookie's 6 pointer). thought we'd see a 24-20 game or something. both offenses left something to be desired last night as they left points off the board. oh well...

    How'd everyone do this weekend? saturday was a wash for me as I went big on USC late night. They suck. Sunday started off great as I went 4-1 at 1:00 (miami, cleveland -- big...cincy, indy over, jax -- small). Then proceeded to go 0-3 at 4:00...lost the gb/philly over by a half point, and had the rams +3.5...not good times. Banged Washington in the night game to keep me in the black for week 2.

    What's everyone like tonight? I can't wait to bet against the jets this year, but I kinda like them tonight. Also like the chefs getting the points at home against a SD team that has some major question marks for 2010.
