Still can't get over the Love Parade stuff, we had such an ace tour and all so safe and then this happens and the risks become real again.
We are very lucky that bands, PJ and other really do care about the safety of fans.

true..the only unsafe issue was at lisbon,the way out..cos thousands go out like me,and thousnda pass to the same exit to go back in in the second stage..was a party..and was pushing and nowhere to go

Watching Immagine In Cornice right now and thinking it's about time PJ started releasing dvd boots to go with the cd's/downloads. Mike McCready fucking rocks by the way..
Also very sad to see the news today too. I've been oblivious to this today until a short while ago. Death in any form is sad but when someone leaves home to go to an event and never returns home it is a tragedy for them and for those left behind to feel the numbness of it. I'm glad PJ fans are able to appreciate what this means just as much as it saddens me to know what had to happen for us to understand it. This is pretty much why being in Berlin on 30/6/10 meant so much and why I'll always treasure the memories and when I listen to the boot I'll always be reminded of the significance of the show. Todays events just cements that feeling and I can only hope we don't wake up to find an even higher death toll. We can't keep using tragedies to teach us lessons. :(
