    I am on a mission to find it... I have two tattoos but they are not PJ related. They are reminders of two life changing experiences. Some of you may know that I had a stroke in January. Talk about a life changing event. I have been thinking a lot about stamping myself with something to reflect the new me that came out of that and I want it to be PJ related. Ideas come and go because I just haven't yet stumbled onto the right thing. Their music has always been there for me since 1991 or 1992 and this event was no different so I'm really feeling a draw to lyrics vs. an image. Suggestions?

    Summary - You can run yourself ragged and live long busy days and think you're doing ok. Think that you're living happier than you've lived in the past... then one day - life comes to a stop. You're given yet one more chance to make changes in your life and be happier, healthier and free.. Until you really stop and take care of yourself you have no idea what life can be like. I feel like my stroke was my angel giving me one last chance to get things fixed. I have a new resolve.

    So.. Ideas?

    I already messgaed you on FlickR Wolkenlos and I promise Im not stalking you :shock: but its crazy how I saw this @ Belfast gig last month (was stood behind her) and recognised it immediately. As I said before its quailty, well done. Im looking to get a PJ tat myself. Im 31 and am clean skined (?) but figure the time is right. I've read through this whole thread over the last few days (in work) and am hoping to get something together before the end of the summer. Thanks for the inspirations and once again sweet tat Wolkenlos!

    :) do you have something in mind yet? Lyrics oder symbols? I thought about the tattoo for years.. just collect everything you like and that inspires you (I have a big file on my computer for those things) and then, one day you'll find the right thing that fits just perfectly. But doooon't try to do it just because you want a tattoo. I always wanted Given To Fly, but now I'm so glad I didn't get that tattoo because the five horizons have so much more meaning to me. There are so many pictures in my head when I hear those words, I can't describe it... it's just perfect :D And I know, it's hard to wait for the tattoo appointment, but you'll have it on your skin forever and a few month more or less aren't that important :)
    And once you have it you already want the next one... :lol:

    I've been thumbing through my Ames Bros book and have a couple of tour posters in mind. I work in graphic design too and am relatively artistic ( :oops: ) so might try and incorporate that into something of my own. Trying to not get too creative if you know what I mean! Simplicity, clear, striking designs interest me more. I'll be a while deciding....

    I have two and will up photos soon, I have teh Alive stickman on the inside of my right calf, and I have one of Eddie from a photo that was in Rolling Stone magazing accompanying a write up of their 8-23-09 Chicago show, where he is supporting himself on the mic stand, its cool!

    Now Im probably not the best person to ask as I am currently tattoo-less but what if you made an appointment with your tattooist and asked him or her? Explained a little about what inspires you and show them some artwork you like. I take it they like a challenge and could maybe help you in areas that you may need help with? Even start off with picking TEN (pun intended) images / designs you likefrom PJ and see where that leads you.
