I have to post here and receive all the hate from you. But. I don't think this song is so special in any way :? I can't be the only one thinking that?

Normally I can't decide which of PJs songs are my favorite because they are all so amazing, but this song? No. :D
Maybe it's good for going to sleep to :D

Sounds like it needs a sitar on it...

don't you just hate how PJ leaves these awsome beautiful amazing songs off of albums? and if it was from Riot Act, they left it off Lost Dogs too! Man these guys are good.

A truly lovely song. I won't be reading any negative comments ... I'm too busy listening to and appreciating this unexpected gift.

I may be wrong, but I don't see this being a left over from Riot Act. The song is definitely more ITW era, which also carried over to some of the BS songs. Also, the song is much more joyful and positive which is another theme pretty prominent on BS. That's just my opinion.

    Very good tune
Really hard to nail down when it was recorded

    Think Kelly liked it??

Would really love to hear it live - and in deep Tom said there was one more track that didn't make the album.....

It is a lovely song. I definitely subscribe to the theory that while it may have originated in the Riot Act era, it sounds like the version we have heard has the slicker production and feel of ITW/Backspacer era. Also gives off a No Code-era Eastern vibe (I think someone had mentioned it as being like an upbeat Long Road).

It is amazing the good stuff that they keep hidden away from us! Hopefully, the unhappiness about the leak of the song is because they are planning on getting it out officially (and soon).

I agree, and the thing about Riot Act is... go listen to it, Ed's singing is very... bland I would say, for him. It was sort of like he either just woke up, had just smoked a pack of cigs, was hungover, or just felt absolutley no need to show emotion. But this song actually makes him sound a little cheerful. I would be surprised if this recording came from the Riot Act sessions.

haha, Ket deleted my post. I can't say what it said, but I love that she deleted it. More power to her. If you can't figure out a way to hear this song, you don't deserve to hear it.
