    Me too. And if there is a Hartford show this year, the choice of venue will likely determine if I go or not...

    Interesting point about Hartford. SPAC would be awesome but they won't do Albany and Saratoga. Count me in for Albany or Saratoga, Hartford, Boston. What they should do is play Maine. They haven't played Maine for forever. Great show there in '96, right?

    I can see a Hartford show in '10. If Europe can get show's in '06, '07, '09 & '10, some cities they have already played 4 times already, Hartford then is right up there. I had a great time in Hartford '08. I hope to be there again soon! :)

    I would love to see them play some smaller east coast cities that they've either never played or haven't played in the last decade. Places like Rhode Island, Maine, Delaware, New Hampshire or West Virginia. They should throw at least one of these places in to the mix every time they tour the east coast.

    That's a great point too...There is a new venue that opened for one show this summer called Mountain Park in Holyoke, MA. My sister and I saw the Decemberists there. It was essentially a rocky hill overlooking the woods. Amazing. That would be a great venue to see PJ in the northeast but seems remote at best. PJ played a great show in Augusta, Maine in '96. There is an arena in Manchester, NH that might fit them, but probably not. I have a buddy that saw the only PJ show ever in the state of Rhode Island at a venue called the Rocky Point Palladium. The problem is that Great Woods, the Garden and the Meadows are the only venues that PJ works logistically in the Northeast.

    The sooner the better. Some venues I'd like to see them hit are SPAC, Bethel Woods Center, and FENWAY. A week at Red Rocks would also be nice. :lol:

    i know i said i wasnt going to say anything after my first post...BUT i feel the need to spread some jam...... had a wombat land on my window sill today and he had a few things to say...some good some not so good...

    there is a US tour in 2010...AND YES its going to be a big on....going into 2011 ........and YES the 2010 tour STARTS in the USA......as early as March.... ENDING in NYC BEFORE flying out to europe then back to USA.

    and for all you EV fans in europe .........you might get lucky with a SMALL solo tour ...italy,greece,spain,france.....its still up in the air........there have been talks of a ITALY only tour but who knows.......

    like i say take it for what you want.... got the info from a few animals...wombat..sloth..and a blue fish to be exact....who knows if there pulling my leg or not....but thats what they say

    ill tell you this the wombat knows his shit....the sloth drinks to much and likes to be "THAT GUY"....as for the blue fish.....SHES HOT..so you gotta listen

    i was hoping for this.

    i'm expecting either a spring/early summer tour or mid-late summer tour.

    the europe dates are so limited that they're gonna have to throw the us in there at some point. since they're playing mostly festivals in europe i wouldn't be surprised if we get some festival shows here too.

    Does the blue fish say they are playing in Bridgeport CT where the bluefish play??? Would be nicer than the meadows!
    Saw The Who there a few years back and it was a good place to see a show. Small venue.

    Interesting. If true, it sounds like a lot is stlil up in the air, so who knows what will actually turn out to be true. Aside from Europe and a good part of whatever US shows precede Europe, I can't imagine many details have been worked out yet.

    Lets hope for an exciting year.

    I hope this won't interfere with next semester too much. If they play quite a bit around the south and east coast it'll be hard balancing Pearl Jam shows and class. I would think the tour would start along the west coast if they are going to end on the east coast which would be handy.
