• What a shame...all of this for an empty bottle of wine. If you want I can go to Detroit and pick one of the many empty bottles of wine on the street and send it to you...free of charge!!! At best this moron may get hassled at a future PJ concert. As far as the police and border services go...no one will spend time on this case...they have much bigger fish to fry. I know...it sounds so harsh...but the truth hurts sometimes.

I hope you still walked away from the Philly experience with overall good memories.

Now go call your government officials and make sure you get good health care with a public option...its far more important than an empty bottle of wine or some douche with wandering hands.

When I told my 9 year old what happened, 1st he cried because he knows how much I love this band, and how much that bottle from Ed meant to me. Then he said "I wish I was there, I would have kneed him in the groin and then kicked him in the shin!"

that's a great kid you're raising there

haha nobody f's with his mama!!!!! He'll be at his first PJ show 2010. I told him once he turned "TEN" he could come ;0) So maybe he'll be able to have his wish come true and do it if this creep is there. j/k of course.... :P

Ed just pulled the cork - it was almost 100% full. Just an FYI, but yeah what you are saying is true. It's not the theft I would be alerting the police about - it is the physical assault I endured. He got physically rough and pulled my hair and was hurting me. So it's not all this for a bottle, I am the 2nd woman we know of who he bullied. It has to stop.

Keep up the good fight! Hopefully something good comes out of this so it does not happen to others in the future. If you are in Philly again and would like someone to walk out with just let me know, there are still some gentlemen in this world, even if this guy gives us a black eye...

I know it's the wandering hands and whatnot that you are most upset about. I was more shocked that this douche would go through all this for a bottle of wine. What he did was not right. I'm sure he'll get what's coming to him some day.

I am serious about you Americans calling your government officials about health care. You can always come back here in a few days and continue your detective work. Right now you need to make sure if you get sick you don't lose your house and savings. This is the most important issue of your life...take it seriously!!!

Some things may be more important for you, but speaking as someone who has endured sexual assault, there is nothing like being left with that feeling of someone touching you when you don't want them to. It's makes me ill to think of someone demeaning this and making it about "an empty bottle of wine". Don't you get it??? Taking the bottle of wine is secondary!! Please be more considerate when you make comments to someone who has been assaulted.

yes, that would be great and sincerely appreciated
• There are French pearl jam boards, i'll give those a peak to see if maybe he posts there. I would definitely remember a Rangers fan from my hood *shudders*.
• I wonder if you want to set up an email for non-10C people to contact you since they can't post here. There might be someone who knows something but can't post. Maybe something like tocatchathief@gmail.com =)

Just want to make sure you cast the widest net possible.

I got some brass knunckles that would do the trick. I can easily hide them a hood of a hoodie. Security never checks those. This fucker aint getting away. You dont hurt someone I know.

• Best of luck C. Hope you find out who he is.

It's unacceptable what happened. Seems like you've made a good bit of progress since the last thread.
Good for you.

No one should hurt no one.

Best case scenario, she can get a warrant on the guy.

If not, and if you see him at a venue, see if there is anyway to get a hold of security or PJ management to have him denied entry or removed from the show.

Regardless, collect all the information, send to Philly PD and send to 10c as FYI for the future.

I've seen this guy throughout Canada and some of the North East shows before. He also sat a few rows infront of me at the Flyers game before the show on the 31st. I talked to him and his friend a number of times in Jersey and Philly in 06, they even tried to sell me weed. There are a few douches from Canada that do a lot of the shows, and I know and stay away from most of them but I don't know this guy's name.

However, I do have them briefly on one of the Touring Van videos from the 06 Philly tailgate.

At around 2:15, they are holding up their 2 Rangers jerseys, one says Vedder and the other says Eddie.

You might be able to pick out the Quebec license plate on their car, although it looks like a rental car.

Sorry for what happened. There probably can't be much done by the police other than giving him a record in PA, but if the word gets out within the community, this guy will never show his face at a PJ show again, and that's almost the best punishment for him.

I've got some PJ friends in Montrel, let me know if you need help with anything
jason@touringvan.com

Hey Jason - we've met at some of the NYC meetups, and just recently in Seattle. Thanks so much for your help. If any of your PJ friends in Montreal know this guys name, that would be of tremendous help.

Yes, I remember you in Seattle and I think I saw you girls outside of the Spectrum after the show. There was a group of people there that look like it could have been you guys anyways. Why didn't you go tailgate at the parking lot where everyone else was? You would have been safe there. Or did you not feel threatened yet?

My Quebecois friends are on it. Find me on facebook and I'll keep you updated, I'm not on here too often.
• Eyes will be open during the Aussie tour. If he's coming down under and attends the Perth show he'll most likely be in the GA area and fighting to get to the front - I'm sure someone will see him.

Sorry buddy - you're blacklisted from the Perth show.
