    When informed about the possibility of an upcoming drinking water shortage in the world, Stone spent 2 hours on Saturday crying into the West Seattle reservoir, raising the water level 1000%, and assuring the good people of Seattle that they would not suffer. And after the final Philly show on the 31st, he's hopping on a plane to the middle east, armed with pictures of puppies and lost children. According to CNN, the water shortage problem will be solved by November 3rd.
