gotta love mmr. they played it and then had a twenty minute conversation about it with people calling in to voice their opinion.

they just said it is a departure from normal pj, more poppy, and some may not like it as much because of that. generally i thought they liked it. then got into how they hate when people support bands to the point where they'll never say anything negative...and played heyfoxymophandlemama as an example of how not everything a band puts out can be good.

Did you read what I posted? I was speaking of the element of cheesiness that's always been present in Pearl Jam's material. "Better Man" is a classic, but it's also pretty cheesy.
