    I ran this theory by the Lostie's at work...and after the first initial groan response, they thought it had some merit.

    I think Kate's flashforward will be her trial, we're going to be meant to think it's for her father's murder, but I think it's going to be Sawyer. (Now, whether she really killed him or not is up in the air in my theory world...she, too, could be trying to protect the people left behind on the island...assuming there are any).

    I'm not comfortable with them being off of the island. They are not near as appealling.

    The prosecution really must have presented a worse case than Marcia Clark to allow Kate to plea like that.

    once i saw how old the kid was i knew it was aaron. does that mean he's one of the oceanic 6? i would guess not.

    other than that...not really a great episode to be honest.

    i mean, what new things did we learn? that jack still loves kate? duh. that ben knows who miles is? ok. other than that, it was a pretty kate-centric episode, more so than any other one person centric episode i can remember.

    I'm wondering who are the three people who died in the story that Jack, Kate and Hurley are sticking to.

    And I'm guessing Kate stuck with the story that Aaron was born on the island.

    Last week they said we will find out the 5th member of the Oceanic 6. Aaron is the 5th member. He was a fetus, but still alive.

    I think Claire is dead. The producers said that Jack and Claire will find out that they are half brother and sister. That is why Jack does not want to see Aaron. He is probably too upset over Claire.

    we don't know that kate is claiming aaron is her biological child. i don't think she is or ever said that.

    i think for whatever reason claire couldn't leave the island (dead?) and kate is raising aaron since claire can not.

    jack said only 8 survived the crash and two died afterwards. i'm guessing their story is that claire died...whether it's true or not.

    sorry, but it is. i haven't been watching this show for 3+ seasons for one of the rescued members to be a f'ing baby for those 3+ seasons. i can't imagine i'm the only one.

    I think the two that will die may be Jin and Sun. It seems like that storyline is just dead in the sand.

    kept wondering why kate was so against her son being involved...started thinking maybe???...then, whoa! it is aaron! i always enjoy the kate episodes. :)
