Everything Dwight did last night was hilarious.

He may even make SNL worth watching this week (maybe). Arcade Fire definitely makes it worth taping.

Absolutely agree. Saturday night might be the first time I watch in years (well, except for PJ appearances of course).

Toby... poor poor toby... was that an escort at Phyllis's Wedding?

    ...

i am beginning to think that was an escort and he was playing it up for the camera with his "go toby: line.

  • I've been hoping Andy would come back, like maybe he's in anger mgmt, as someone said earlier... but last night when they were talking about the merge and Karen said, "I'm the only one left." I realized :( *sob* he's gone!!!

she also said that there is one in anger management, I'm pretty sure he'll be back. That's what he gets for beating up a wall.

the only one left and the another is in anger mgmt. I think he's still around. Haven't watched all the deleted scenes but the episode where andy punched the wall there was a deleted scene that showed that Andy went to anger mgmt.
I'll scream my lungs out...'til I fill this thread!
  • I'll have to watch again, I missed the anger mgmt part. He was an annoying character, but that last episode he was in was my favorite this season. :)

The guy that plays Andy signed a deal to become a fulltime cast member. The lady that plays Karen, has not.
  • the shows have been better without andy. god that guy is annoying.

last night was decent. dwight cracked me up, michael had some good moments (a splenda...haha), but the whole jim and karen thing was incredibly dull, and even the pam/roy stuff was pretty lame.

Ok overall would be a major, major improvement over the last few years. I'll watch last night's in a little bit.

i thought they were all pretty good. the jim smirk, "pam" looking all reserved, stanley's slow drawl...lorne michaels impersonation was subtle and right on...really funny.

I thought the monologue was pretty good too. For a change SNL didn't go to over the top there.

Unlike the last time I watched SNL when PJ was on with Lindsay Lohan, I actually laughed a few times.

  • I am taking a calculated risk. What’s the upside? I overcome my nausea, fall deeply in love, babies, normalcy, no more self-loathing. What’s the downside? I date Michael Scott publicly and collapse on myself like a dying star.
