    sorry, but it is. i haven't been watching this show for 3+ seasons for one of the rescued members to be a f'ing baby for those 3+ seasons. i can't imagine i'm the only one.
    i think it was a good curveball, actually. now i just want to know how aaron came to be kate's 'son'.

    Yep. I'm just curious who the 8 supposed survivors are who were on the plane.

    And it explains why Hurley lied about Ana Lucia being dead back in the premiere.

    Why is that weak? Unexpected, but I would not call it weak.

    I thought that the 5th person was going to be Claire with Aaron. I did not expect them to count Aaron, but apparently they are.

    who's the 6th? walt the dog? boo. not like i'm going to stop watching the show, but having the baby be a survivor just cuts out so many people. are we going to have a aaron flashback to when he was nursing? or getting his diaper changed? it just seems like a too easy way to chop out a link to the whole oceanic 6 back to the pre-rescue storyline.

    Maybe, Kate knew that if Aaron was there that Jack would never be a character witness for her and played her attorney into not having him there.

    An Aaron flashback would mean the return of Charlie for another episode or two making all the Charlie fans happy for a bit. ;)

    vincent's the dog. walt is tall ghost boy, if you recall from sawyer. ;)
    i don't think it cuts out any link... if anything this is a huge deal and storyline.

    vincent = dog, walt = tall ghost boy. right. bad typo. i should write that down on my hand like the episode of the simpsons where they get a new area code and homer writes down "carl=black, lenny=white" on one of his hands and the new area codes on his other hand.

    obviously the current island day to the point where they get rescued and kate turns into aaron's "mom" is a big storyline...but i'm just voicing my displeasure at the fact that aaron is a member of the oceanic 6.

    Ben still controls him and now he's stuffing grenades in people's mouths.

    He is really becoming Lost on his way again.

    you could look at it this way, or you could say he is the only one who has been right about most things from the start.

    he feels like he is protecting the island, not the people on it.

    understood. i guess at this point there are about 12 people i want to be part of the oceanic 6, so i'm not gonna be satisfied either way...may as well be the fetus to throw us off track once again! :D

    I think a big thing that is getting LOST in this episode because of the Aaron surprise is the exchange between Ben and Miles. WHO THE HELL IS BEN? Obviously, he is very rich and powerful. I am actually beginning to think he is actually not all that bad. I think he would take any measures to protect the island.

    Did any of you watch the earlier episode from last week? They mentioned Charles Widmore in the pop ups. I think he is the main boss of the freightor people. That is how Naomi had the picture of Desmond and Penny.

    True, the Ben Miles conversation is overlooked. Ben should have just said go up to my secret room and help yourself. But a better question is what Ben alluded to - why 3.2 million? Seems like a really odd number to be looking for.


    I didn't see the pop up episode, but I think I made a post about Widmore being involved with the freighter people last week. I really think he's involved because of the way Lapidus and Farraday reacted when Desmond asked about Widmore and Penny.

    yep, i think AllIAm said that last week, too, about ben possibly being a good guy... i'm starting to believe that....
