    I hear you. After a 4-0 loss to Pittsburgh, at home on the Island no less, I'd be pissed too. They mathematically out yet?

    god that game was so horrible last night.yeah the rangers loss hurt us big time. there still in it but they need a miracle. i think if the devils and the habs then there mathematically out. but i dont really care. its the offseason im worried about

    Big thank yous go out to the Devils- now if we can get the same from out at the Garden East// Masoleum.
    2 day - games in a row ?
    This is great --because there is no chance of spillover into the sopranos timeslot !

    btw - did anyone see Mike York on the bench ( rangers vs islanders ) ?
    he looks alot like eddie vedder in hockey equiptment ! .

    We get the Flyers on the tail end of 3 games in 4 days- hopefully the Isles will make them very tired .

    And, I hope our boys in Blue are resting , and hope that Kaspar is feeling better also .

    Tonight should be an interesting game. According to Newsday, we'll have Weekes in goal, as Lundqvist pulled a hip flexor and is listed as day to day. They've called up Montoya as a backup, and Darius is still out. The boys are gonna have to work extra hard to get those bastards away from the net. But I have faith. Hoping for a great game, and a goal by Jagr so I can see him break the record in person!

    It will definitely be an interesting night. Weekes is 2-0-1 against the Flyers this season, which is better than Lundqvist has fared. A win or taking it to OT would clinch a playoff spot too.

    I sure hope Weekes is at the top of his game.
    The Garden faithful have little or no patience with him-
    perhaps because of their( *our ) love for King Henrik.

    It will be a madhouse there tonight- for sure .
    If they start chanting bad things at Weekes, or getting in his head & into his game,.., I wonder if Renney will have the faith and balls to put Montoya in, at the Garden, for Weekes as he did that last game when we mounted a comeback from down 4-2. ( when henrik came in the beg 3rd period )


    Whoever is in the nets, it is imperative that we keep the goons ( alla Mike Knuble and Brashear ) from out of in front of the crease. I dont know how they can go about it minus Kaspar, but they better improvise something, and quick ! Malik better be ready to throw down if neccesary ! Those guys positioned in that sweet spot is what did us in last game, along with the penalties on top of penalties.


    Enjoy that playoff atmosphere tonight moster/ nypj1 , & whoever else may be attending .Hopefully Jagr will play and break that looming record at home- that will be nice for him and for the club .
