hmmm can you show me some hard statistics to back this up?

great dodge. person bullied will still be effected. either in a small way, large way, or none at all.

Ok, is anyone here saying that the potential teasing is grounds to deny homosexual couples the right to raise or adopt children? Because with that logic we all should be denied.

um no. but its an undesired potential side effect that child will have to deal with. lets face it, gay couples raising children is not the norm. there is a better chance of that kid being the only one as opposed to some kids having divorced parents.

Ummm, then what exactly is your point of arguing about this for 10+ pages? Would a thread about poor kids being teased go on for so long?

I see, you're a big fan of conformity and adjusting for it's sake.

I never said that should stop gay's from raising children. simply stating the potential cons.

That would make an interesting rap song. Typically in rap music with more than one rap they are in agreeance.

A few months ago I would have agreed with you. Although I've realized that parents are typically very adept at raising children. Up until the teenage years anyway.

a few months ago i would have disagreed. then i started working with abused children. i jumped on a foster parent for calling my now favorite a f'n retard. she is slightly retarded b/c her mother is a crack smoker. she was raped at 10 by her mothers boyfriend. the 15 yr old i'm working with was shot by her father along with her mother and brother. she was the only survivor. she crawled to the neighbours for help. it made the news; maybe you heard about it.
anyway; people have kids and leave their care to those of us with enough love in our hearts to care.

maybe i just wanted some attention today. i still think that 90% of the population shouldn't raise kids.

Here's your attention. Feel better? I agree but maybe not with the percentage. Is that a statistic? ;)
    NOPE!!!

One incident, does not account for the entire population of the world.

But I can see you are emotionally attached to your percept. And yes I agree, a loving family is mostly all that's required for proper child-rearing.

You said yourself, you work with abused children. How often do you work with children from loving families that aren't abused?
