    a solid song. came up on the iPod the other day and i have to say i quite enjoyed it.

    pj songs i dislike: get right, around the bend (never dug it, sorry), low light, pilate, sweet lew, all night, black red yellow, evacuation, gods' dice, grievance (good live), the colour red, comatose (good live).

    I love the opening to Gone, Eddies voice sounds ace, but it loses something when the band kicks in, the chorus is boring.

    I just don't understand Pearl Jam at times. They can write the most amazing songs, but then come up with complete and utter rubbish. Compare Evolution with Gone. Is this really the same band? I guess it doesn't help that on some songs Eddie sounds like he is singing in a deep bath tub.

    Gone is all right, but Big Wave.....uhg, I hate that song. I think it's the only song I hate that they have created. All in all, Pearl Jam has not been my favorite record, but that is because I do not relate to it.
    I still think it's a really good album, I just never listen to it.

    i really like the solo-versions, especially the one from AOL, but i have to say that i was dissapointed when i heard the album-version. the full band version takes a lot away of the emotions of the song.
