    gerard didn't hear anna come in. but he heard her swear when she dropped one of the canvasses she was carrying. she went to help her.

    'god girl you should have called me, i would have come picked you up.'

    then he noticed her slightly frazzled state.

    gerard took the canvasses and leant them against a wall.

    I was kinda surprised he actually stopped to let me answer the way he was raving on and on. Gérard always got nervous when I was around, I loved him for that even if he was a bit annoying.
