I saw Trent at the Bridge Concert last year...and man! Was I ever blown away...the accoustic set was so brooding and moody...I was in awe!

Non Entity just haunts me, to this very day...Well done, Trent...I think I'm gonna buy me that DVD!

Congrats to you folks who are currently in the middle of the Europe tour! All your posts sound amazing!!

Yeah i'm a spiral member...*cough* standard *cough* so I don't think we were REALLY supposed to be in there, but we slipped through the net twice and got to hear the new album! Twice!

Get there before 4. If they start hand out brown envelopes with your spiral tickets, this means you're getting the album, pretty much. Have to put your phones and cameras in them and hand them in so no one can record anything.

I think there will be another listening party in London, as Birmingham and Manchester got one. Just don't admit to being a standard member if they ask, unless theres no way around it.

Sounds good to me - I'm aiming on getting there for 3pm.
Gotta meet some people there anyway, so this could be a bonus.

I'm getting really quite excited about these gigs now - can't concentrate at work.

    Yea, We're In This Together...

    DAMN YOU!

    :D

I gotta hear ONLY too, cos for some reason they didn't play that on any of the nights at brixton as far as I can remember, so I'm hoping for that too...

...oh, and Happiness In Slavery, cos I have never heard that one either - I saw them on the middle of 3 nights at The Forum in London on TDS, and that was the night they didn't play it. ARRRRGGGHHH!

    48 hours to go....
    :)

Oh my goodness you really won the lottery didn't you! 2x - wow.

At this moment I am debating should I come over and see the last London and Wolverhampton shows. Its a lot of expense and several days off work, but it doesn't look like they'll be touring the states very soon. aaagh!

I won't make it to any listening parties - the closest is like 7 hours away in nyc.

I'm not going to be able to read this thread again now and hear what songs have been played, and how awesome they were, because I've now got to wait till August 28th to see them. The gig in Brum was cancelled. I think I'm going to cry.
This happened when I went to see them at the Lost Weekend in London a few years ago, except the gig was never rescheduled. I'm still waiting to see them. All my friends say I'm jinxed and have asked not to come next time they are playing!!!!

^^ Yeah I just saw that. I guess I won't be going over then.

they really are touring at a tough pace. 3 days on, one off. PJ normally does 2 on, one off. Maybe NIN needs to spread out their schedule a bit, though I'm sure its more costly.

to be honest, when I looked at their touring schedule it did seem like they were cramming a lot of shows in to a short space of time. just hopint Trent's recovered for the London shows.

Sorry they cancelled your gig Lisa81, it does suck big time. Don't know if this is any good to you, but there are still tickets left for the Brixton show on Sunday - obviously it would be a great expence, but if you can afford it and are desperate to see them....

Thanks face pollution, but I'm off to Switzerland for a week on Saturday! And they have rescheduled the gig so eventually I will see them, I just have to wait longer.

They were awesome in Manchester (Sunday show) and Nottingham too. Shame the Brum gig was cancelled. I was half-thinking of going to that and the Wolves show too.

Can someone explain this whole Year Zero promotion thing to me? I've just watched the freaky promo on youtube and listened to a rather unsettling phone call on there - plus seen all the random sites, can someone put the pieces together for me, cause I'm just not following!!

this is what I think its about.. not sure if its confirmed or whatever but this is my theory based off of a bunch of information

Year Zero is a concept album about an event that happens in the future that is relevant enough for people to want to reset time.

Year Zero is that year. There is evidence of this in some of the oddball posts on those websites of a system like what we have with a.d b.c for signifying what time it was.

Pretty sure its got something to do with terrorism and some made up drug called parepin that people have taken unknowingly from the drinking water.

thats all i can think of for now.. but if its at all accurate than it should help you understand what this NIN stuff is about=p

I GOT MY VIOLENCE IN HI-DEF ULTRA REALISM!
