    sooo I've thought about this abunch.....seeing some great bands...and the venue was less than filled.....I can see how the bands are disapointed......I would hope they realize that even though the crowd is thin....those in attendance came to see you...they appreciate you being there.

    I know PJ realizes this...and for those that feel (contrary to supposed interview) that they aren't coming down due to waning support...well I hope thats not the case.

    I have never seen Pearl Jam in anything but a packed house. My anger stems from their departure from previous tours, ommitting the south and NOT TELLING US. That is all.

    Same here every show I have been too was way packed.Not selling out in the south is a load of crap.

    I feel the same way as a lot of you guys but we do have Lollapalooza now and the rumored one-off in Toronto, plus Jonathan Cohen mentioned US dates in the Billboard article. So there is still hope. JTR may or may not be full of shit, but there will be more US shows this summer.

    If they are only doing festivals, I know a couple they could do here in Texas. The Shiner Ocktoberfest in Shiner, TX (Audioslave headlined this a couple of years ago) and Austin City Limits.

    Yeah I am trying to stay really cool about this but my hopes are up again and it gives me alot of energy.Just have to keep it positive right now.Good news is that we are going to hit at least 8400 today. That is positive.

    i don't want to stomp on your enthusiasm, but would it carry any more weight if i told you my info came from a crew member and was not intended for public consumption? in other words, the person had no idea i would be posting it in an open forum such as this, and therefore did not edit his comments to keep anything quiet...
