    I think my fave opener is Release. They opened in Atlanta with it in 2000 I think it was. Wash at Gorge I was awesome!! Had never heard it at any of the shows before.

    Yeah, Release is the best. I can't believe they didn't put out boots for the VFC shows because Release at Boston that year was deafening. The crowd just overwhelmed Ed. He was visibly stunned at the sing-along.

    God I can't wait for another show.

    Love that Atlanta 2000 boot by the way.

    i think im gonna send every member from pearl jam a free donut certificate (valentine) from krispy kreme (do they have those in the west?) and write it out to them in name of playing the south :D:D:D:D

    I think that's a kick-ass idea!! I think they have KKs everywhere now, don't they? If not, even more reason for them to come here, I'm sure they've heard of them.

    Early moring before work bump.

    As far as Release.........man is that just perfect to open or what? The last time they were down here in Raleigh they opened with it. Goose bump kinda stuff there.

    The thread grows. Wow, impressive amount of posts just yesterday.

    Just once, cant the bus driver pull over, open the door and help us up instead of repeatedly running us over in a cartoon like fashion?

    Good morning Southern jammers~
    I was listening to Gorge I on the way in this morning - man, what an experience that was - being there in person. I'm beginning to think that one of my favorite songs live is "I Am Mine". With Ed's words and Mikey's guitar work, I got goose pimples and tears in my eyes seeing them do it live. Listening to the boot reminded me of that experience.

    Just wanted to share that PJ moment with everyone~
