i think my section 119 is right behind the stage. that kinda sucks.

taking the lack of stage setup knowledge into consideration ,
these may very well be excellent seats with an excellent vantage point of the band and experience.

i got 118 for the first night , and was extremely glad and grateful .

No luck at all for either Philly show... couldn't even get the page to load for the 2nd show... just talked to the box office and the 1st show is totally sold out and only individual seats for the 2nd show... looks like a VIP package for me

5/23/2011- An utter embarrassment... ticketing failures too many to list.
  • at comcasttix.com...I was just able to get 2 tickets for upper floor.... 2 tickets together. I turned them down so maybe someone can still get them. Just try comcasttix.com again

Then I hit back to get a new word, and the next word never comes up....

Weird thing......I got through to the word verification again, and it was taking forever. I know that it kept saying, "Do not hit refresh", but for the amount of time it was taking, i knew I was going to lose the seats.

So I just started jamming the refresh button, and everything popped up!!

    Got two for monday!

Getting those tickets to the first Philly show absolutely MADE my day. Like I said, they're not the best seats (106, row 19) but it's going to be a blast. I'm going with my dad, who first saw Springsteen way back when he was playing college gymnasiums after Greetings from Asbury Park came out. His last Springsteen show was in the early 90's, so he's pumped... and I've never seen him before, so I'm freaking out. :D

The only thing that kinda sucks was that I wasn't expecting the second show to go on sale today, so I didn't even know to try and snag better seats than what I had for the first night. But oh well, it's better if they go to someone who missed out on the first show. So yeah, I'm pumped. I feel lucky just to be able to be in the experience at all. :D
It's a town full of losers and I'm pulling out of here to win
  • got 3 tickets to the Hartford show. Going with my parents. They got me into Bruce (they have been fans since the very beginning, seeing him in small clubs where they were so close Bruce and Clarence sweated on them) and they have been taking me to shows since i was a kid. Been to about 15 or so - mid 90s shows with new band, multiple shows to reunion and rising tours, multiple shows for solo tour (i loved that tour) and a couple of seeger session shows.

But nothing beats an E Street show.

    I cant f'in wait. It's in only 3 weeks.

Hope to get at least one MSG show and then Boston...

    So much Bruce---yay!!

shame it may be his last tour with the band...
    coming up

    MSG 1
Ringo the next night in Boston
    Hartford
    Boston 1 & 2

    hell's yeah...

Someone please remind me tomorrow to try and buy a ticket for the msg show.
Of course yesterday, I strolled into the ticketmaster website around 5pm, looking for a ticket to the Hartford show. Of course there had to be one left, right?
    no dice....:(
I am going to sneak in. :)

  • Got one for Albany. Not GA, but in the lower deck, and not behind the stage. Kick ass.
