Their Black Metal stout (their flagship) is quite epic:
http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/24018/75396
however it was even better when they first opened for business - they tweaked the recipe about 6 months ago, and personally I don't like it as much, but it is still great. If you never had the original, well you won't even know what I'm talking about.
what the brewery specializes in though is sours.... they have all kinds of rotating barrels that their bottling constantly... if you like sour beers, this is a brewery to try, as you normally can't get it outside of their stuff outside of texas (they have brought stuff to a couple of chicago beer festivals though I know... what the connection there is I'm not sure...)..
anyway, if you have an interest in sours they have an excellent Flemish red sour out right now that I could most likely find another bottle or 2 of for some trades...

is it really worth the download costs?
I haven't been recording my tastings as much lately... i used to at least try and keep track of what I had and if I liked it over on BA, but having to go find the computer the next day (if I'm not drinking at home) makes it a little tedious as times...Houston, Texas... Try their Milk Stout Nitro, its amazing.
Had a Triumph Brewing Co. Coffee and Cream stout last night that was really good.
i had hinterland luna coffee stout (nitro) at a bar last night..something about that nitrous gives it a great texture.
Hinterland is good stuff. I love the Luna Stout.Forced to endure, what I cannot forgive.0 -

Drinking the Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro now. YUM! I think I may have found a replacement for Guinness. Doesnt have that cream aftertaste like the non nitro milk stout, which I liked, but it is delicious. I may just go back and forth.Forced to endure, what I cannot forgive.0 -
Also a fan of the Left Hand Milk Stout. Had a Cherry Stout from Blue Point yesterday that was quite tasty as well.We were but stones your light made us stars0

They don't have any right now. This is what they currently have. Haven't tried the chocolate camaro...I'll have to check it out when they have it next. The brewery is like a mile from my place...I go there all the time. So many good beers.
