Toppling Goliath makes really good IPAs. But, and to be perfectly honest, they brew inside a particular box and rarely venture outside of it. If and when you can get it I recommend the DDH varietals of the King Sue and Pseudo Sue.
As for Pliny I can walk into my local Whole Foods or specialty liqour store and find it on a regular basis. I bought it recently along with the DDH Elder to do a side by side. I prefer the DDH, which I have had on tap previously, but it is not a regular release. If and when you find Russian River look for Blind Pig as well.
pliny’s all great. Agree on blind pig…very good. I also agree in that for the most part, for my taste, DDH versions are always better.hippiemom = goodness0 -

2 different Trilliums. The Commons on the left. The Fens on the right.
Glad to finally get Trillium in Colorado.
Yeah I know they look the same.

La Fin du Monde is my favorite. It's a Belgian Trippel from Unibroue and it's fucking great.
Just learned that they are not going to be importing it to the US any longer. If hope can grow from dirt like me, it can be done. - EV0 -

It is easy drinking, very refreshing and has a super clean finish.
