I just realised that i have a whole summer to kill...
Also my mum will loan me money. It worked for the USA tour0 -
Uncut are also reporting a return later in the year . . . must have been part of the press release. Bring on the full tour!
The headline gigs start in Rotterdam on August 13, followed by Berlin (15)Manchester (17) before ending at London's O2 Arena on August 18 . . . These new dates are Pearl Jam's first in two years, although they anticipate returning to Europe around the release of their next studio album, possibly in Autumn.

"Pearl Jam have announced a short European tour for this Summer.
Four dates have been announced for August, including Manchester and London, with a full-scale 2009 tour expected following the release of the band's new album in Autumn."
gotta love Google alerts.
that is just so bizarre.
couple shows in europe in august.,.....and then go back 2 months later? :? seems odd choices for touring schedule. sure seems like a LOT is happening in autumn for pearl jam. :P they DO realize autumn is only about 4 months i hope......;) haha. well officially september 21st thru december 21st.....so who knows? oz may get some shows this year yet! that may be the only place outside of home that would tempt me enough this year, tho personally, i'd prefer 2010.....Stay with me...
Let's just breathe...
I am myself like you somehow0 -

that's what i'm thinking!
b/c otherwise, bit bizarre to hit em up, now 3x, all on the same material. a see a few new songs debuting to the live mix and one/all of these 4 euro-shows.
it all seems a bit strange, 4 shows in europe....then back to the US for SF and ACL, one would guess at least a couple shows inbetween.....and then back to europe late autumn-early december? i wonder who plans this all out.....Stay with me...

I told them: 'Look guys... you're coming here in the UK when I am in Italy on a family holiday - that will not do. You MUST come back before X-mas so I can get my lil' fix too.' They said: 'OK darlin' - anything you want. We'll come back before the end of the year.'
So now I am happier.0 -

Hi,
Can anybody say something about the venue in Rotterdam? It's seems to be an indoor concert, right? Any information about the capacity and the sound in this concert hall? Thank you

it looks like it, it says in the announcement the tour starts and end in... yada yada....{if (work != 0) {
work = work + 1;
sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
else if (work >= 0) {
reality.equals(false);
work = work +1;
}system("pause");
return 0;}0 -

It's 45 to 60 minutes by train from Schiphol to Rotterdam. You can check train times and platforms here:
