Yeah, Maybe its a world tour?? They are playing here in the states first, and then they are heading to Europe?
Probably too good to be true but the fact that they are playing in SF and ACL gives me a little hope.

I hope it is just Ed solo shows in Europe and not the full band. I hope Pearl Jam tours the USA and Canada before heading off to Europe for a tour. You got to think that they will be touring the USA between their August appearance in SF and October appearance in Austin Texas...right?

I think its Pearl Jam tour. I don't think Ed would fly there by himself. He might do a couple solo shows while Pearl Jam is touring in Europe tho. Jeff did say the west, south AND Europe. So it could be a state and Europe tour being announced.
