    First..
    Cut your hours...
    Take away your overtime pay.....
    Take away your holiday pay....
    Discontinue your 401K....
    And give yourself a 3 day work week....

    Then you should be OK!!!!!!

    Business most definitely up since you started this thread- keeping the presses busy but we also let go 5 people last year and bought out our partner. Doesn't take much to keep all hands on deck now.

    Looking for some sort of employment after graduating in December and not getting into grad school... I'm per diem in the lab at a hospital but would like to have something full/part time so I don't have to go back to waiting tables...eh..

    Thing is, I was only there 5 months, and the minute the workload started to get lighter I knew it was coming. The company let 2 of the 3 people employed at a remote branch go, and I was hired to work on that branch's incoming work. So the logical thing to do is let me go...

    I hate being in this position, and desperate for a secure job...

    I really hate my job right now but am a little hesitant to look for a new one with the way things are right now. I feel pretty secure where I am right now and am afraid that if I leave for another job and things get bad there I would be the first to go, then I'd be screwed. I live by myself so I wouldn't have another income to get through.

    I don't mind what I do but the office has gotten totally out of control....we have all these problems yet the bosses won't listen to us or do anything about it.
