    I hear you. I had mine for just over 5. In my case I think change will be a good thing in the long run...at least I hope it will be.

    8 weeks pay for Severance plus stay pay if I make it to the end. Also they'll pay out our PTO hours.

    I get paid to work 24 hours a week but only have to work 9 hours a week. I get paid 8 times more than my Chinese co-workers and I get my apartment paid for by the company. So no complaints from me. 8-)

    I've survived two rounds of redundancies in the last 12 months, and recently got "promoted" to look after a wider area. Details (salary/hours etc) of which yet to be discussed.

    The sun's shining and I'm quietly optimistic.

    I started my new job/potential career this week. Been a bit hectic as I've been working on moving in after work each day, but so far it's been good and I'm pretty happy.
