My delivery date is now for the 19th, but since I won't be home when they show up, I'll get it on Friday. Lucky for me, Friday is my job's inventory day for Q1, which means I get a day off ... so I can be home to receive my PJ Awesomeness.
I just checked my UPS tracking code online and it says that my package has arrived, but in Louisville, KY.
Is it possible that UPS thinks AB stands for Alabama and not Alberta?
Maybe I'm just getting anxious and therefore probably paranoid, but it doesn't make a lot of sense to me for a package to travel half way across the country just to have to come almost all the way back. (Unless Louisville is a UPS hub)

The UPS main hub is in Louisville. All packages go their first, no matter where they are being shipped.

Thanks! That's a huge relief.
I only got worried cause it's happened before, but that was through USPS.

Know kidding, i just saw that on mine, talk about a waste of money, think UPS could come up with a better way of doing things with computers and all nowadays. I mean i can practically see Seattle yet they fly it to Kentucky first?

I wouldn't worry about the fact it says Louisville, KY. My email today did too . . . but I see stuff like that on packages here at work all the time. If some other city processes the paperwork, it shows up on the tracking screen . . . the package is usually sitting here in Richmond waiting for clearance.
Can't wait to see if this little bundle of joy actually shows up tomorrow!!!

thanks for posting that. now i don't have to go to the bank and possibly miss the delivery.
Mine is en route to me! Has recently left Mount Hope, ON after clearing customs. Can't wait to get it!
as of 3 hours ago, my package was roaming around somewhere out in Mississauga. i'll miss the attempted delivery so i'll have UPS hold the package for pick-up at their depot.
word is the value was declared at US$100, so if my math is correct we're looking at an additional customs duty of $20, not too bad at all,...
EDIT: just saw your previous post, $16.56 it is!

Yep, no processing fee at all. Simply, GST + PST, which we would have paid anyway (on a higher amount too) had we bought it locally. This has worked out really well for us Canadians, thanks to the 10C

Damn UPS! They were suppose deliver today so I decided to work from home. Checked tracking this morning it<s in Brossard, 20min from my place. Rescheduled delivery 20/03/2009!
High quality, gorgeous, set!! We're a lucky group. Remixed Ten spinning right now!
(16.56 at the door)
Do you by any chance know if they'd take a Visa number instead?
EDIT: Never mind. For those of you who won't be at the receiving end, just so you know, you can call UPS and give them a Visa number to put the $16.56 on.
