    So, how much is the Super Deluxe edition costing for everyone in total? Say, for example, if you live in the Toronto area.

    I held off ordering it because I thought I could get it cheaper in stores and avoid the $50 shipping fee. But now I'm seeing it in stores for $200??

    Anybody in Canada know where the best place to buy in stores will be? Or should I just order it online afterall!?

    With exchange and shipping I paid roughly $210 CND, plus $16 at the door, so $226. My guess is it would be cheaper in stores, but then again the CND took a bit of a jump today so who knows?

    This sucks, my package arrived in Richmond (which is like a two hour drive with traffic) at 7 this morning and they're rescheduling my delivery to tomorrow when nobody is home.

    mine has been rescheduled for tuesday but it left Quebec today so i am hopeful it'll be here on monday instead. Gotta expect this living on an island though i guess haha.

    Never heard the term GVRD before, but I'm in Maple Ridge and got it today.

    lol . . . GVRD is Greater Vancouver Regional District . . . the only cities left out by the term are Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Although I think they changed it to Metro Vancouver instead of GVRD a couple of years ago.

    At any rate, I'm excited that you got yours in Maple Ridge, means mine has a chance of showing up today!
