I agree I wouldn't be surprised if we get blown out or we blow them out
This team is so unpredictable
Anyone else hate the later games ? Something special about the 1pm games
i don't really have a preference. gives me time to get some stuff done early.
incidentally, this will be the first sunday night where the eagles or phillies have not had a game in a LONG time...can finally watch curb and dexter tonight rather than on demand later in the week
But you dudes are right, you don't know which team will show up.
All about turnovers... Gotta protect the rock, and Eagles D & ST needs to get the O good field position
I agree...they HAVE to win this game and I think they will. I think they're pissed about last week and want this win, especially as an away game.
LET'S GO EAGLES!
yup, they should be pissed. If they don't come out today and show some fire, then we know what kind of Eagles team we have( a weak one).
I know a few people who made the trip out West. They said it's absolutely gorgeous. Wish I would have went :x , unfortunately I couldn't gather the finances.

I live 2 hours from San Diego and still couldn't afford tickets!!
55 pass attempts... not going for it on 4th and goal from the 1... not going for 2 at the end there... 9 or 10 penalties
should have won this game.
should have won last week.
should have beaten the raiders.
this one's on andy.
if this season ends the way the previous 11 have.....get mike shanahan on the phone ASAP.
Those three points are the best ones...I mean, really!?!?!?!? 3 visits to the red zone for 9 points!? eeek...
yeah that hurt us and penalties. On the bright side at least Dallas lost

13 rushes i believe today, sd is the 6th worst team against the run. Andy Reid you have been a good coach here but its time to step aside next year. I expected them to lose today since the haven't looked good going west. But to forget how to stop the run against the 2nd or 3rd worst run team in the nfl is crazy. theres 2 things sd sucks at and we couldn't stop or execute or even attempt to execute. :(

the penalties are outta control...I fully expected them to go into this game and get the win...I was surprised that the defense was lacking so much, and that we couldn't convert in the red zone.
(and it was great to watch Dallas lose...as I was watching all the games with my friend who's a huge Dallas fan!!)
I have officially called it a season on this team...I tried and tried and tried to stick by these 2 but they are going NOWHERE with McNabb and Reid..wake me up when they're gone

will do.
come on man. you know this team's MO. the 2nd half schedule does not appear to be as tough as it originally looked. yes, we looked awful yesterday. but i would not be surprised if we win our next few games. i think we'll be in the hunt right to the end. we're only a game out of first and in the playoffs if it ended today.
all that said--i still say we need to make a coaching change if we don't at least make it as far as we did last year. yes, we've had lots of injuries this year. but you can realistically pin all 3 close losses squarely on the shoulders of the fat man.
I still think this thing comes down to Cowboys/Eagles in the last game of the year. Eagles are trying hard to prove me wrong, and so did Dallas yesterday, but I agree with Jeagler on this one thing. The Eagles have a tendency to fall apart mid-way through and then rally. It coincides with the Dallas MO of rallying early and tren falling apart late.

i'm not giving up on the season though. no way.
but...but...that's what I was gonna say!!! Andy made poor coaching decisions during games that the team wasn't looking good...bad combination, that is.
I'll still be wearing my Eagles gear and rooting for my team...I think we still have a chance and I can't wait to watch these next few wins!!!!

man some of you jump ship awfully quick - we went through this last year. We lost a game to a good team on the road - the world is not ending. This team will be fine - and Reid and McNabb are the best we ever had - stop it people. Not running the ball had nothing to do with losing the game - another tired argument by so-called Eagles fans and the media. we didn't score touchdowns - that is why we lost. We will be fine - 10-6 right there for the division title again for like the 10th out of 11 years for Andy and Donovan.
I have officially called it a season on this team...I tried and tried and tried to stick by these 2 but they are going NOWHERE with McNabb and Reid..wake me up when they're gone
i'm sure you did the same last year but were right there during the NFC Championship with your jersey and saying what a great fan you are. see bandwagon, don't hurt your ankles too much jumping on and off

yes I am - sorry it is just nauseating to listen to 'so-called' fans jump ship and rip on this team every time they lose a game. Of course each year they all come back when Andy and Donovon lead another charge into the playoffs - please don't deny what I am saying is true.

so you don't think running the ball 13 times for 30 yards or so had nothing to do with the chargers not buying that pathetic play fake at the goal line?
look, i agree, we'll be right in the mix at the end like always. i said as much earlier. i also agree reid and mcnabb are the best we've ever had. but if the season ends the way the last 11 have, it's time for a change. like banner said last year, you can't keep doing the same thing and expect different results.
mike shannahan was the best the broncos ever had. he won 2 super bowls and still got fired....and he did it with elway when his prior coaches could not do it. i think its only logical to think he may be able to do the same with donovan if we don't get to the promised land again this year. same offensive philosophy too--except shannahan actually believes in the run.
.....but alas, this is a conversation for january. i think we'll right the ship and be in the mix. last game of the season is going to be FUN
