guys my cat has been trying to dig lately. He used to be a part time outdoor cat and now he is strictly an indoor cat for the last year and a half. Within the last couple weeks he's developed this habit of trying to dig through soft materials. I think he might be doing it for attention but I can't be sure. He does this to my bed putting little claw holes in my (thankfully thick) sheets and comforter. I'd never seen him do it anywhere else till just now when he came damn close to putting clawholes in my clone club t shirt which fell onto the floor from the laundry basket.

He has scratching posts (there's 4 in my house, 3 different types) he doesn't use any of them. The litterboxes are full of litter and clean. Should I bring him some dirt or something? Like wtf?

Is he doing what I love calling "makin' biscuits"?

Maybe kitty grass or something similar would help?

It sucks when our pets seem to be acting out and we can't figure out why!

I have no idea what digging might be indicating. Hm.

Out kitty has started to sleep on our bed lately, and we just love it. She seems to respond to her immunotherapy. She's had four injections so far. After the last one, she started coughing again, so we talked to the vet and will reduce the amount that she is getting now. We might be getting close to her tolerance levels now. Other than that, she seems to be much better :)

Perhaps teaching him to walk on a leash so
    He can go outside?

    Love those eyes!

My attempt to sleep in was thwarted by the Beans getting in my face, meowing, and resting her paw on my cheek.

Then she ran over us a few times till I finally got up.

    Hmmph!

Is your cat an asshole or a scientist? Our Annie is neither. She is simply a rebellious adolescent punk. But we love her anyway.

    LMAO.

My cat has decided that "his side" of my bed is the side next to the night stand. So one recent morning I found my cell phone, my glasses, my TV remote, AND my watch on the floor. I've since learned to leave the drawer open so he just throws shit in there instead of onto the floor.

George is nuts for drinking water from the bathroom faucet.

When he wants to make his desire known to all, he'll sit on the counter and knock various items from the counter onto the floor. Eye cream, toothpaste, contact lens case, anything within paw's reach.

His subsequent high-pitched meows and overall cuteness get him a pass =)
