It's going to be a music venue too. Same crew as Union Transfer, I believe.

Trying to check it out tonight or tomorrow. Hoping the crowd isn't that big and everyone is at the beach.

And apparently after reading about who it's named after, it seems this Morgan fellow is a bit insane. Dude basically tight-roped over an unfinished Ben Franklin Bridge back in the day.

Is everything gonna be ok with Lee and Victorino? Hoping it was just letting out some frustration between those two. Both classy players.

sore shoulder, no offensive support, potential divorce...might just be one of those years for doc. hopefully it's not a major injury.

they need to cut qualls. another spectacular amaro signing

Yeah Amaro is looking really bad right now. Halladay is in a downward spiral, Lee hasn't won a decision yet this year, and Hamels is an early favorite for Cy Young.

Didn't Amaro make a boneheaded comment like Hamels isn't worth lee money cause he hasn't won a Cy young? Well jackass it looks like he might have that Cy young to go along with HIS WORLD SEIERS MVP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :fp: 6yrs or 7rs u gotta lock up the stopper.

 and yet Cliff Lee hasn't won a game yet this year :?

Well glad to see they won. I was at work though and missed the game.

Can the Phillies afford to pay ANOTHER player OVER $20 MIL/per ?

they would be able to if amaro didn't waste so much money elsewhere (kendrick, papelbon, howard, etc).

hopefully they get some good news on halladay today. gotta love dubee's comments about how this has been bothering him all year. If that's the case then why didn't he get checked out earlier??

I swear the sixers management is now running the phillies. it's the only reasonable explanation for all of the recent stupidity

Don't think they can afford NOT to lock him up. That's a very rare commodity in baseball - a top notch lefty just entering his prime.

From a baseball perspective, I agree. From a financial standpoint, I can't see it without a discount.

Obviously that's not happening at this point.

Nice. We hit Union Trust a couple of weekends ago. Was pretty good.

Gonna be at Le Virtu on Friday...never been there so I'm looking forward to that.
