Enjoyed this too. Dar Salim was great. A fairly serious movie for Guy Ritchie.

    Tis the season…

    Not bad:

    Not great:

I preferred the original (when I was younger) and there’s only so much Melissa McCarthy I can take
    “Do not postpone happiness”
    (Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”
    (Tim Rogers)

  • That scene where Craig T. Nelson vomits up that creature was pretty nasty if I remember.

Scariest movie antagonist of all time IMO. God is in his holy temmm-PUL.

Yeah. All the body horror- and Kane-stuff are great. But floating around in some cosmos and stuff, eh… that’s just doing the mistake Hellraiser 2 did with trying to do too much and go too epic for the budget and horror premise.

POLTERGEIST III is the best one though. And lucky me Prime has it also.

I agree, after the Crystal Skull, I wasn't expecting much, but I enjoyed it.
  • Much better than Crystal Skull. Enjoyed it a lot.

  • Enjoyed this a lot. They actually crafted human characters with stories you care about, and the humans had an effect in the story, as opposed to just running around and watching the monsters run around.

    The Godzilla attacks were intense.

  • Such a young Tom Cruise! Always forget this is a Ridley Scott movie.

  • Enjoyed this one. And Maika Monroe!
