Mother - with Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem........Holy Shit, that was terrible!!!!!
I really liked it! Different, lol, but very interesting to me, and metaphorical.

    Ready Player One

Kinda predictable but enjoyable.  Not sure how it compares to the book though.

just like the book, Ready Player One was a lot of fun. Especially if you enjoyed pop culture over the last few decades.

Ready Player One - I LOVED this movie.
Yes, it was predictable, but growing up in the 80's, it really reminded me of the style of adventure movies from that era. Heaps of Pop culture references and thoroughly enjoyable

Anybody know how Ready Player One compares/contrasts with the movie eXistenZ ? (William Defoe as Gas-- whoa!)

Well, you have David Cronenberg on one hand, and he is a wildly imaginative visual storyteller.

And you have Steven Spielberg on the other hand, and he sucks rocks.

Saw Existenz a long time ago, but they are not very comparable from what I recall.

Haven't seen this one in years, still holds up.  Special effects were pretty good for that time also.

    Jumanji:  Welcome to the Jungle

I enjoyed it.  It was fun.  I laughed out loud a few times.  Very grateful that it wasn’t a remake of Robin Williams’ Jumanji.

The Purpose Of A Dog - pretty much what you’d expect from a movie about canine reincarnation!
