Had it taped off it's HBO premiere when I had just turned 8. Saw it many times on HBO and The Movie Channel when it aired as well back then. Love how people are quoting "Mawiage" now because of the recent news. Viva Inigo!

    Das Boot

Had trouble with Crackle appearing on Crackle on my Apple TV and Roku but I'm thankfully able to get it through airplay finally to watch this classic war movie. It's the theatrical cut, though. Have yet to the the DC of it, though.

We were watching it old school style on VHS :) It is one of my favorites from growing up!

    Jaws

That is THE essential 4th of July movie.

Harry And Walter Go To New York (1976)

James Caan once disowned this movie calling it "Harry And Walter Go To The Toilet."
  • Jurassic World.

  • John Wick.
Ridiculous but I watched it all of the way through.

Chloe Webb, who awesomely portrays Nancy Spungen to Gary Oldman's Sid Vicious in Sid and Nancy, is in Twins.

The Wicker Man, the original with Christopher Lee. Good horror flick. The remake was awful.

A Lonely Place to Die. A fairly good thriller, although a lot of the details lost me.

The remake is hilarious when viewed on Rifftrax.

The Lords of Flatbush - American Graffiti ish coming of age movie with a young Fonz and Rocky Balboa.
Star Trek First Contact - I just need to watch Nemesis and I will have seen all ST movies.
Kuffs - Remember when Christian Slater was relevant? Those crazy 90s!

I love that movie. I am also partial to "Junior". Arnold and Danny together just work.

And it's an unintentional comedy like The Happening and The Room. "STEP AWAY FROM THE BIKE!"

Somewhere In Time - Apparently, this is William H. Macy's film debut.
Two of a Kind - Grease reunion of the two leads except this movie sucks. Only good thing is the Journey song, Ask The Lonely, on the soundtrack.

Saw a bunch before they expired at month's end on Netflix, HBO et al this week:

Muppets Take Manhattan - Saw parts of it on HBO and Showtime as a kid but don't remember much so I saw it before it expired on Netflix.
    Strange Days
    Richard Pryor Here and Now
Star Trek First Contact - I just need to see Nemesis and I will have seen all of the ST movies.
    Oh, God You Devil

Also, I saw Back To The Future on my iCloud in honor of it's 30th anniversary.

    Dreamscape (Rifftrax commentary)

This is one strange movie with such dated effects and 80s music. It was the 2nd movie released with a PG13 rating, truth be told. Can't make up it's mind whether it want to be fantasy, horror or scifi.

"Horns" with Daniel Radcliffe on Net Flix, pretty good, kind of a dark comedy

I LOVED that movie when I watched as a kid. Watching it a few years back for the first time in probably 15 years was sad. It didn't hold up well.

    Mad Max

I kinda felt like I was watching a mashup of a Rob Zombie music video and an episode of Fast and Loud, with the Muppets making a cameo apperance.

Where is norm so I can make him proud?
