Saw "Chef" over the weekend, and mostly enjoyed it. Also saw "Apocalypse Now" for the first time, because I'm a slacker, and enjoyed how creeped out I got. The scene in Seinfeld where Elaine goes to see J. Peterman in Burma makes a lot more sense now!

    Slums of Beverly Hills

I kind of wish that movie didn't get icky. It felt forced into the otherwise lighthearted tone.

    Great performances all around, though.

    Loved Carl Reiner's cameo.

    Glengarry Glen Ross

Now THAT'S a fucking cast. Can't go wrong with Felix Unger and Tony Montana among many others.

Jurrasic World, in which I ate WAY too much popcorn.

    I enjoyed it nevertheless :)

    Greedy (1994)

Underrated comedy with "Spartacus" and "Marty McFly." Kind of similar to Arrested Development. Had no idea a young Kirsten Dunst played Kirk's granddaughter.

Saw 'Inside Out' yesterday, and it was just as wonderful as everyone said it would be. Such a great message, well done, and still blown away by the whole concept--the creativity to come up with this movie is mindblowing.

Great movie except for Jodie Foster's accent
WTF is it supposed to be? It's half Afrikaans & half Colonel Klink from Hogans Heroes

She's my favorite living actress but I agree that her performance was a big letdown. I actually prefer it over District 9 to be honest.

Rocky Balboa (Rocky VI, if you will).

Well if i wanted to be a movie critic I'd have more to say, but as a massive and nostalgic Rocky fan (excluding Rocky V of course), i kinda loved it, lol. It's basically - no, almost literally, lol - every previous Rocky movie mashed up into one, and it made me happy. I actually can't believe I hadn't already seen it.

Haven't seen it yet. Will catch it once Starz, hopefully, decides to have their own internet service like HBO or Showtime since they play current Sony films.

^^^ I thought it was good, chappie is so life like that you really feel empathy for him as a person, not a machine.

It was really disappointing. Gilly's right though you do feel empathy for the robot character but like they really could've gone SO MUCH FURTHER with it and didn't for no good reason. I wanted to feel conflicted about the nature of consciousness and instead I felt confused by Wolverine's haircut.

We did watch a bunch of the videos by the band though and they were quite entertaining. I don't remember their name.

Say what you will about the movie but Seyfried>>>>>>>>>>>Kunis. Can't stand Mila. It's like they went from Kate Capshaw and upgraded to Karen Allen.
