    Love & Mercy
really great movie about Brian Wilson's life.

How was John Cusack as Wilson? Having a hard time picturing that and I love Cusack, but not as Brian Wilson. I think it was miscast, but I could be wrong. Heard the other guy who plays the younger Brian Wilson did a good job.

Cusak did fine, but yeah the younger guy, Paul Dano was really good.

sidenote: Brian Wilsons' current wife's name is Melinda Ledbetter
Which i didn't know. i wasn't too familiar with his past life except that he was kinda messed up in the head. I only know a handful of beach boys/brian wilson songs. Don't own any of the Beach Boys albums or his critically acclaimed Smile but I definitely want to check some of the albums out now.

^^^^ Pet Sounds! This album should be part of school curriculum. There is required reading, there should be required listening.

Spy - One scene where Statham lists crazy things he's done is hilarious.
He Got Game - Spike Lee is an egotistical douche but he had some good movies back then.

Transformers: Age of Extinction was on TV yesterday. I felt like I should watch it because I'd seen the other 3 and grew up watching the cartoon in the 80s...

Watch them on Rifftrax. That's the only way I can get through that, Twilight and Shymalayan crap without screaming in agony.

Watched this today with the family. It was pretty entertaining and the kids liked it. Hard to concentrate due to the 2 screaming infants in the theater.
