    How come Georgia and LSU got destroyed by Florida by 30 points each and it just shows that Florida is awesome, but OSU loses by the same margin without their star player and with a questionable qb situation on the road to USC and it means they're a joke?

    That said, I haven't seen a team look as dominant as Florida does right now since Ohio State steamrolled everyone they saw in 2006.

    It's a fad to hate on Ohio State- simple as that. People who know nothing about college football like to remember every one of Ohio State's shortcomings (like their record against the SEC, which many games were played before I was able to read). I agree that Florida is the best team in football right now, and if they beat Oklahoma in the BCS, Oklahoma will get a free pass- and if Ohio State loses they will get destroyed in the media again

    I'm an Ohio State fan. My first year of grad school I roomed with another guy in my program at random... turned out he was a Gator. That was the year Ohio State played Florida for the national championship in football AND basketball. That was a tough year.

    I want to hate the Gators, and I do think Urban is a complete douchebag. But this season there is no team that looks anywhere near as impressive as Florida.

    I rather hope Penn State goes to the Rose Bowl. It looks like Oregon State is going to take the PAC-10 and I don't want Ohio State playing some chump team when they badly need some respect back. I'm ok with the Capital One bowl and a chance for the Buckeyes to break their SEC curse.

    ps. What's up with Miami getting DESTROYED tonight? I remember they were supposed to be an invincible dynasty when OSU played them a few years back. That program has tanked, big time.

    2 very beatable teams you have there. you guys are definitely in the hunt. i don't see how you don't make it to AT LEAST charlotte or detroit...if not better. you guys just need to blow out those 2 teams and your in the drivers seat. Louisville's pass defense was suspect mid-season when we had them, and we beat them w/ one of our backup qb's.

    we have never won down in tampa, and then we have pitt on 12/6 at home...both should be competitive games, but we have an opportunity to win both games. if that's the case, i think we'd be contenders for the papa john's bowl or something along those lines...and then we'd get blown out vs. an SEC team!!! :mad:

    Yes you have 2 very winnable game...but Pitt will be hard to finish out the season...I'll be rooting for you guys...helps us get to the Big East Conference Championship :)

    i saw last year's trophy that said we were co-champions and i couldn't bare to pick it up. we got destroyed last year on national tv by wvu and we ended up being co-champs w/ them. anyway, it's definitely starting to bottleneck at the top...but i still wish we weren't the 'turning point' for your season!!!!!

    being a sc fan i'm torn.....on the one hand, i love nothing more than going to the rose bowl game and watch sc humiliate some poor big 10 team :D

    however, this year, i'd prefer to be an at large bcs team and go against florida or alabama....and humiliate them ;):D
