    Helen, there is no way of resolving this, I have my opinions, you have yours. Neither of us are going to change the other's mind. Can we just drop it? I already expressed my sympathy for the OP.

    Wow. you sure have a lot of faith in the fairness of your judicial system mate. It must be nice to have a vocabulary that doesn't include the terms "biased", "corrupt" and "institutionally racist".

    That's not to say I think your wrong, I don't doubt the number of black males committing crimes is higher. You might want to look to the social reasons behind that though, instead of assuming that it's genetic. Also, you might want to rely a little less on statistics. They tend to be misleading at best, inaccurate at worst.

    i'm not getting re-involved in this but i wonder what the percentiles are for ratio of white judges to per 100,000 whites... and jurors, wonder what that ratio is... and cops come to think of it..
