i don't know, my reasoning is this: if a person truly did not have a colour issue he/she would not state it as they would see the other person colourless ( be they black,white, asian ) but hey that's just my understanding of it.

No, but like we know him, my family does. It just pisses me off, because I'm a white person (Obama supporter) and I've grown up with black people all my life, but when this shit happens my mouth turns into David Duke and I don't know whether I should be okay with that or not.

It's too bad you got robbed, but it happens all the time, and it doesn't say anything about your neighborhood or the people who live there. I've lived in all kinds of neighborhoods...rich and poor....white and black...whatever. The only place I happened to get robbed was in a college dorm room by a fellow student. What does that mean?
