Friday: 65 minutes on the elliptical (some love affairs are too hard to end!)
30 minutes on the treadmill doing a run/walk
30 minutes working my core and abs on the body ball
Saturday: took the day off but was out and about so not just sitting on my duff
Sunday: 50 minutes on the treadmill doing a run/walk
30 minutes working my core and abs on the body ball
Today: so far I've done 40 minutes on the treadmill + 5 for stretching
65 minutes walking
I'll add to this list tonight!0 -

well today 5 mile walk and was rewarded with wild raspberries along the way! Yum! Been kinda a bummer lately surgery and all, no belly dancing, no pilates, no swimmimg, no regular dancing, no nothing.... blah just vicodin and the puter... ICK!!!!••• Immortality •••

An update for today/Monday:
so the 40 minutes run/walk on treadmill
a total of 80 minutes powerwalk (combined lunch hour with break at work)
60 minute yoga class
20 minutes on the stair stepper ( I HATE that thing!!!)
and 30 minutes of strength training with weights
and lots of stretching0 -

45 mins on the treadmill (I travel a lot so I often have to stick to "the mill") @ 7.5.
30 mins on the stationary bike.
Not sure about tomorrow yet...we'll see.0 -
