Workout went well today, but I am getting a lot of soreness in joints (shoulder, wrist) and I'm icing & taking ibuprofen (sp?). I wonder what I'm doing wrong? I don't get all crazy with the heaviness or anything.Do you remember Rock & Roll Radio?0

Just a little niggle? You hope those things just go away. I had a slight pinch/soreness in my wrist for about a month and everytime I did pushups or something requiring hand stabilisation it used to be more painful than the exercise itself. Eventually it just went...I hope this occurs to you also.

Right this was easier than the 30 x deadlift/squat/shoulder press last week......
10kg medicine ball. Squat and press but press ball up to 9 ft against wall x 150. 10.45sec. I hear a rumour someone has done it in 7 - how I dont fuckin know.
8 chins, 90sec cobra hold - no break x 4

Saturday - 45 mile bike ride - all hills!!! My legs were toast.
1.5 mile hike with the dogs.
Sunday - 2.25 mile hike with the dogs.
17 mile bike ride.
