Thanks. I also found a video. I won't be doing those for awhile. I let my strengthening slide this year so now I am back to the "female" push-ups - knees on floor.

My workout: Mostly cycling now due to "posterior tibial tendonitis" but managed to eke out 2 miles of running yesterday with an arch support, tape, and an ankle brace.

I swam on Monday after a month lay-off due to the tendonitis. I had to stop and gasp for air at the end of each length.

Yeah I couldnt find anything on them unfortunately but to answer your question Riverrunner. Just normal pushups but moving forward (aka in the direction of your head). One arm is in front of the other and the feet follow

I ran 3.1 miles today and I am so happy!!! Maybe that means my ankle is healing. What I had to wear on or near my ankle to keep the pain at bay:

    Arch wrap
Athletic tape (taped in a stirrup type pattern from what I found on internet)
    Lace up ankle brace.

Ran the stairwell of Sydney Tower. 86 flights and I felt every step.

I will be dreaming of stairs for the next 10 years

Wow, what a workout. Are you sore? Where are you most sore?

We ran stairs a lot in high school track to build up our leg strength. Up the stadium, down the stadium.

I hated that shiz. Especially in cleats and then having to run up a big ass paved hill afterwards. Several people lost their lunches on those days.

haha, yeah. I was one of those notorious guys that threw up after races, especially in my senior year. I never threw up during training/practice, though. I just left it all on the track during the race.

I miss that shit. Every year I flirt with joining AAU or getting in some 5k runs or something but never do. I miss being able to eat & eat & eat and still be ripped with no fat anywhere.

Unbelievably Im not sore at all in the legs. Thought my glutes were gonna kill but...nothing.

All Ive got is slightly sore lower back which would confirm the fact that my body was constantly leaning forward (trying to pull myself up) :D

Friday lunch I did this and the slack bastards still havent posted the times yet. I wanna know my damn time after all that work.
