30 minutes on the treadmill doing a run/walk
30 minutes working my core and abs on the body ball

Saturday: took the day off but was out and about so not just sitting on my duff :p

Sunday: 50 minutes on the treadmill doing a run/walk
30 minutes working my core and abs on the body ball

Today: so far I've done 40 minutes on the treadmill + 5 for stretching
    65 minutes walking
I'll add to this list tonight!

My workout consists of solely keeping Jen motivates and living vicariously through her's. ;)

Otherwise picking the toys up after my kids

Hey your motivation is awesome! I really do appreciate it! Also, I appreciate the person who texted me at 5 am this morning to get me out of bed. :o

I've heard that chasing your kiddies around really does count as exercise :D

45 mins on the treadmill (I travel a lot so I often have to stick to "the mill") @ 7.5.
30 mins on the stationary bike.

Not sure about tomorrow yet...we'll see.

    No -- I'm a girl, not a dude.

I did not catch the bear (and it did not catch us -- whew!), but talking my youngest into an evening run any time soon will be a challenge.

heehee well I hope I'm not being too forward, but I've seen your pic of you in a dress and I know you have a great set of gams. So go use them! Take Bo for a powerwalk or something, although you might end up having to carry him. :p
  • pearljamjenpearljamjen Posts: 13,578
    Today:
    75 minutes powerwalking
    60 minutes spin cycle class
    45 minutes elliptical
30 minutes on exercise ball for abs and core

I had my favorite spin instructor! She is this tiny little thing the size of Sarah Jessica Parker but with muscles. But she will straight up look at you and tell you to go faster or increase your level. She is a great motivator! :D

Now I better get my booty out of this chair and go get my things ready for tomorrow. There is an early morning run with my name on it.

    25 kettle bell raises (18kg) x 3 - 2 min breaks

    10 x 50kg bent over rows - 2 min breaks 4 sets

20 (on each side) oblique stretches on ball. 2 sets each side.

150 squats straight thru (ok I took about 6 2-3 sec breaks - had to replant feet :D).

10 minutes on Jens Elliptical machine
I'll ride the wave where it takes me.
