Man, I hope Ortiz is alright. Can't afford any more injuries the Yankees are getting healthy.

Are you kidding, I always keep an eye on the Yanks. However they do have their own jinx now Mr Alex Rodriquez. Oh nice play by the infield once again.

Great game last night. We were lucky enough to go to the game and see number 500. Such a great time.

well ... Sox bats are coming around.

Why can't you beleive the Rays are in 1st?

    only 2 months in ...

they have some great young pitching ...

good mix of young talent and vets for bats ...

The AL East is so good (sans Baltimore), I can't see there being a wild card team coming out of this division.

The Sox and Rays have always had a hidden rivalry ...

Pedro throwing a little tight to Gerlad Williams, at which point, Williams charged the mound.

Sox accusing Scott Kazmir of thowing at them and getting him tossed from a game in which he was absolutely dominating, when, there is NO way he should have been tossed.

Opening Day, 2003 I think it was .... Rays come back from 4 or so back in the bottom of the 9th, capped off by a Carl Crawford 3 run walk off home run ... indeed, the Chad Fox expirament was over.

They've had their moments in a short amount of time.

That game was nuts. That happened in the first inning and Pedro actually hit Williams. Then Pedro got the next 24 guys out - 13 on strikeouts and then lost the no hitter in the 9th.

That was back whenever Pedro pitched every game was an event and you had no idea what would happen. It's a shame that Pedro never had an official no hitter.

He does have an * perfect game like Harvey Haddox, but no official no hitters. He had a perfect game through nine and it was broken up in the 10th back when he was an Expo.
