Great win today!! And those old school jerseys have grown on me.

Now where are all the haters today? I'm sure if they had lost, all those shit talking bastards would be on here with 500 things to say. Remember, we still can go 14-2!

I was there today and the linc was jumping. I think that was the longest 1st quarter ever,it was like 53mins long. We looked great on offensive,B-west is just sick and kevin curtis was so wide open all day. I think the jerseys scared the lions D. Go Birds.

it's refreshing to not see the usual morons in here after a game. win or lose, they usually have something uiseless to say. so good "moron-less" day for us. :)

if only i could take 3 of the birds' points and give them to the texans, i would have won 450$. oh well, i'll take a big philly win instead. :D

For God's sake, someone put McNabb out of his misery and take him out of this game. The Giants have sacked him 9 times already!!

In the end, he was sacked 12 times. Osi Umenyiora had 6 sacks by himself working on Winston Justice tonight.

I love how its the QBs fault when he gets sacked... like there is no offensive line who's job is to BLOCK the opponent from sacking the QB. Terrible offensive line work last night, offensive never got on track and they looked lost without Westbrook.

Their pass protection was horrendous! The kid from USC looked like a fucking statue out there, but I blame Andy Reid for not making the proper adjustments. They were chewing up yardage on the ground. I don't understand why he got away from that, allowing the Giants to tee off on McNabb. Give the play calling back Morninweg

Oh, I'm not blaming McNabb for 100% of the sacks. The offensive line was crap. Bottom line. They are supposed to prevent the sacks, but McNabb could do a little more scrambling too!

he did use the tight end, problem was that the Giants started to use stunts to beat the double team.

Also used the backs a few times, did not work.

The Eagles have problems, its early they will not have a bad as season as people are saying, things will get better. The problem this season is the nfc is stronger than it has been, especially the east, so playoffs might be out.
Unlike the other seasons where they slumped.
As far as the sacks, the giants defense coordiantor was an eagle coach, he new exactly what to do. It is the coaching staff fault with their small amount of play differential.
There were 2 drives that were not bad, it almost looked like someon else was calling the plays. There was a shovel pass and a delayed screen to tupei, and a cross route to celick, then on another there was an array of differant run plays. besides those 2 drives the play calling was horrible. I mean they sat there and took a whooping. Reed does this shit sometimes, he refuses to make adjustments and I feel it is based on ego, and it makes it so hard to kep focused for the players.
Some people have religion I have Pearl Jam.

these jets uniforms are freakin' me out, man! :D

defense is doing a good job of keeping the jets out of the end zone, but the jets are still getting some yardage. mcnabb is looking accurate, and if not for a couple of mistakes and penalties they could be up by at least another 7.

    go eagles! :)

the game wasn't on here today so i didn't get to see it, but the boys must have played pretty poorly to lose to the bears. this start will be difficult to overcome, especially when they are losing to such bad teams. i'll still cheer them on and hope that they start picking up some wins...and that they start showing more eagles games in my area this season! :D

    go eagles!

both teams played pretty bad. but the iggles were up 16-12 with like 100 seconds left...and the bears had the ball, with no timeouts at thier own 3 yard line.

what a sweet sweet drive. love seeing the philly phaithful crying in their beers.

from what little i have seen of the team inaction so far this season (still complaining! :D) i have noticed donovan with a very noticeable limp anytime he is able to get some space and get out of the pocket. you're right, he is definitely playing hurt, and indeed nowhere near 100%.

you might need a reality check the eagles are the bad team the bears happened to be in the superbowl last year when your team lost to the saints.

just checking out the PBP on nfl.com since i can't watch the game again today......westbrook with the TD to put philly ahead 10-7. :) nice 93 yard drive, and mcnabb with 148 passing yards midway through the second. putting up some good numbers, so i hope it continues into the second half.

    go eagles! :D
