    nah, i was too obsessed with college basketball. i made it to one football game in my four years there. i've actually gone to more since i graduated, but at the time i was really only into our basketball team. i know OF westbrook, though brian finneran seemed like a bigger deal at the time.

    villanova had some good teams then, tim thomas, kerry kittles, jason lawson, alvin williams, john celestand.

    yep, and malik allen. it was really exciting then...the big east in general was so competitive....got to see iverson, ray allen, john wallace...was a fun time to be at 'nova.

    that was the second heyday of the big east (the other was the mid 1980s). I got to see Ron Artest, Lavor Postell, Erick Barkley, Bootsy Thornton, Felipe Lopez and Zendon Hamilton at St. John's.

    i love nova but have always hated tim thomas for only staying for one year....should be pretty good this year. cant wait to see how the 2 corey's play together...

    well good news that the lions lost yesterday. need the bucs to beat the skins and the cards to lose and we'll still be just a game out with 5 to play IF we lose on sunday....lets make a run like last year.

    it would have been nice to see donovan at the helm for this one, but we'll have to put our faith in aj this go around. the pats are looking phenomenal, so i hope it's a competitive game. i'll be cheering the boys on no matter what!

    Well we had a chance. Would have loved to see those cocky fuckers I call the Patriots go down tonight, but one play in my eyes reversed the Eagles chance. But none the less, great game by the green, they looked great out there and I still love them.

    well, a disappointing end to a very good game. still, a great effort by the eagles tonight. they can at least take away some confidence from this one moving on, i hope.

    good job done by tom brady to get the patriots their much needed last score, but a costly interception from aj blew what was a promising looking drive by the eagles after that. they could have had a huge win.

    so much for the ridiculous differential predicted before the game.
