i gained to much wieght during this past winter, now i can't fit into last yr's shorts damm either i go out and buy new one's wich i wouldn't mind or get my ass to the gym and burn the fat off for all the pj ladies that i will be metting this june ;) wouldn't wan't to look like a total slob :D .......

In the beginning of like February, I was about 118-120! My husband told me Friday night that my arms are too skinny and that I need to gain some weight...so I got on the scale and I did drop some weight, maybe because of my surgery I'm not sure. I now weigh 110..I haven't jogged since my surgery in late February....I guess I need to start doing that again!!

Oh, I much appreciate it! I've been anorexic since I was 13, but I know why I am that way. The worst part of it is is that no matter how skinny I get, I still see myself as pudgy. It's annoying. So, I've taken to just listening to what OTHER people say about my weight. (People I care about!) It seems to work. Thanks for caring!

:) You're welcome. It's great that you have people around you that you care about whose opinions you can trust. :) That makes such a big difference. Well it did for me. :)

seems spot in in it's analysis.

question tho: it says to wrap your fingers/thumb around the smallest part of your wrist and if your fingerS overlap your thumb you're small framed, if they barely touch medium framed, and no where near touching, big framed. so then, my middle finger and thumb overlap easily, but no onther fingers.....so does that make me small framed? :o it seems a much easier measurement than the elbow thingie, which i was never sure about. most of my life i've been 'considered' small-framed, whether it's *actual* or not...dunno. so i AM curious...

too bad tho that the small frame doesn't automatically mean 'small' period. :p eh. used to be.....and working on being 'my small self' again. i wanted to be there NOW...and really, haven't made a dent. *sighs*....it absoultey IS will-power, sticking with it.

so jose, we'll see how we both do before the shows. ;) haha.

however, LAO or anyone else who may know, as per the link above.....how would you go about determining that measurement based on the info i provided? grazie. :)

Yeah, mine cross with the middle finger but not so much the others. I have some weight to lose using the small frame and none if I am medium!!!!

I'm a phat PJ lady. Even when I was a thin PJ lady, it was personality and heart that drew me in to people, not their size. This has not changed to this day. I don't like being one of the big girls really because it makes it harder to do things I used to do, but I never held it against someone else or dismissed them as a possible love interest because of it.. and to be honest, I wouldn't want to be with someone that was that superficial. It's a stereotype to think of heavy people as Kentucky Fried Chicken eating, do nothing, no interests or personality type people. Who has the bigger problem here? The chubs, or the folks that are so closed minded that they may shut out some of the coolest folks they ever met because of a little extra body fat? What happens to one of the closed minded types that may marry a supermodel and she gains a little weight, or a lot for that matter? Do they stop caring for them? Weird.

    Peace and Love,

hehee....well go with the medium then. ;)

i need to lose either way, just determines how much. close either way though. however, i would agree with the pounds for small frame absolutely. i think i look/feel my best at the weights listed for small frame for my height. i did the wrist test again, and i can get middle and ring fingers touch/overlap thumb if done seperately, otherwise other fingers some close, some not. i'm going with my initial guess of being small framed. and yea, get working on those numbers! :p
