Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

yeah, watch that appetite there skippy. :p I too used to eat all the time when I was 15, but then I also ran all the time for cross-country. Life ain't just a bowl of cherries once you reach 30. You've got to really treat your body like a temple at that point because its glory days are over.

I WAS getting skinny, dangit! I am 5'7 and got down to 120. But I was starting to get unhealthy and put on ten pounds. I want them off again! But I'm afraid to diet because I get anorexic. Bugga.

FB that sounds a little on the underweight side to me.

Maybe check out your ideal weight on this calculator?

Even with the 10 pounds you are still within your height for weight range.

Eating disorders are a life long battle, just try to be kind to yourself and as healthy as you can and avoid the dieting if you're able. I had a lot of success with my anorexia/bulimia with meditation.

OK, rule these out of your diet for the forseeable...
bread, pasta, potatoes, pastries, cakes, sweets....forget them!
    Live on this.
Bran flakes, skimmed milk for breakfast
Tuna fish/chicken/as much fruit and veg as you like.
One night a week spoil yourself, you will find that you'll need a smaller portion of your treat soon enough.
You can enjoy a beer or 2 if you stick to this, also you should take some excecise daily, get some dumbells, do some crunches.....you'll be even more irresistible to Mrs Jose before you know it.

I try to do this but my problem is that I own a Candy and Chocolate store.
I try to only eat Dark Chocolate b/c it has less sugar but I always nibble.
Choc, pretzels, Choc Strawberries, Cinnamon Glazed Cashews....Man its hard.

I'm a phat PJ lady. Even when I was a thin PJ lady, it was personality and heart that drew me in to people, not their size. This has not changed to this day. I don't like being one of the big girls really because it makes it harder to do things I used to do, but I never held it against someone else or dismissed them as a possible love interest because of it.. and to be honest, I wouldn't want to be with someone that was that superficial. It's a stereotype to think of heavy people as Kentucky Fried Chicken eating, do nothing, no interests or personality type people. Who has the bigger problem here? The chubs, or the folks that are so closed minded that they may shut out some of the coolest folks they ever met because of a little extra body fat? What happens to one of the closed minded types that may marry a supermodel and she gains a little weight, or a lot for that matter? Do they stop caring for them? Weird.

    Peace and Love,

Have you thought about chewing gum ag? :)

Whenever I've worked around food, I find if my mouth is full of gum, it sure does stop me from nibbling. Nothing worse than a mouthful of something you like getting all caught up with gum!!!

Fat cells on your body are like the pennies you saved all your life up to this point.

The only catch is once saved, you can't ever get rid of them, so you can only bring them up of down in $$$.
Actually, you always have the same amount of fat cells, they just expand when you get fat.

Cool! Let me know how you go!

Water is good too, as is making sure you're not hungry. Surrounded by yummy stuff when you're hungry is a recipe for disaster.

Oh and if there's yummy stuff around I try to make sure it's not in my eye sight. Maybe not do-able in the shop but maybe you could find a spot for the munchies where they're not directly in your line of sight for most of the day? I truly believe when they're right under your nose like that all the time, they talk to you! :D

Oh, I much appreciate it! I've been anorexic since I was 13, but I know why I am that way. The worst part of it is is that no matter how skinny I get, I still see myself as pudgy. It's annoying. So, I've taken to just listening to what OTHER people say about my weight. (People I care about!) It seems to work. Thanks for caring!
